Clause 1.0 Bona Fide Matrimonial Intent

Hamqadam ('Rishton ki duniya') is conceived and operated strictly as a sanctified platform dedicated solely to lawful, solemn matrimonial commitments. Registration is granted exclusively to individuals and families who seek lifelong marital partnerships grounded in dignity, Islamic and civic ethics, and mutual honor.

By maintaining an active profile or creating a submission for a son, daughter, sibling, or charge under your guardianship, you solemnly certify that your intent remains purely matrimonial and compliant with local family jurisprudence.

Clause 2.0 Eligibility & Age of Consent

To register with Hamqadam, prospective brides and grooms must meet the minimum legal age of marriage recognized by the Child Marriage Restraint Act and applicable domestic laws.

• Minimum Age: 18 continuous years of age for female registrants, and 18 or 21 continuous years depending on provincial jurisdiction; verify current local law before publication.
• Marital Capacity: Applicants must have the legal, physical, and psychological competence to contract a marriage without duress or coercion.
• Family Representative Access: Profiles created on behalf of a son, daughter, brother, or sister remain bound to the verified consent of the candidate whose identity is represented.

Clause 3.0 Mandatory Identity Verification (100% CNIC / ID)

To maintain our sacred standard as the Sanctuary of Dignified Matrimony, Hamqadam enforces an uncompromised multi-layered verification system. An unverified account holds zero search visibility and cannot initiate member correspondence.

All registrants warrant that declarations regarding university credentials, employment sector, income brackets, caste/sect, and previous marital statuses are completely accurate. Supplying forged documentation constitutes legal fraud.

Clause 4.0 Code of Conduct & Dignity Rules

Every communication across Hamqadam — whether encrypted chat messages, voice introductions, or guardian inquiries — must preserve the highest standards of decorum, courtesy, and respect.

• Harassment & Pressure: Repeatedly messaging a recipient who has declined interest, making aggressive demands for private photos, or expressing unsolicited vulgar remarks is strictly forbidden.
• Hate Speech & Sectarian Bias: Hamqadam welcomes diverse schools of thought, sects, and cultural traditions. Derogatory assertions targeting sectarian, linguistic, or ethnic backgrounds trigger account freezing.
• AI Safety Monitoring: Proprietary natural language algorithms continuously review interactions for harassment flags, solicitations, or extortion indicators, escalating critical breaches to our Safety Desk.

Clause 5.0 Membership Packages & Coins Policy

Hamqadam operates transparent matrimonial tiers structured to protect candidate privacy while fostering genuine matches. The platform implements an internal Coin System that governs interaction quotas and direct contact views.

Contact Views: Unlocking verified telephone numbers and guardian coordinates requires the explicit bilateral mutual approval of the prospective member or their designated guardian.

Clause 6.0 Account Suspension & Reporting

Hamqadam reserves the full unilateral prerogative to suspend, freeze, or terminate profiles reported for non-compliance. Our investigative procedure functions with high urgency.

Clause 7.0 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While Hamqadam enforces 100% ID and facial liveness verification to eliminate deceptive imposters, Hamqadam does not guarantee the emotional compatibility, moral fortitude, personal temperament, or ultimate marital success of any registered user.

To the fullest extent permitted under law, Hamqadam and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from off-platform meetings, unauthorized financial transfers between members, or personal disagreements.

Clause 8.0 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any operational disputes arising out of the services rendered on Hamqadam shall be governed by, and construed in conformity with, the civil, penal, and matrimonial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal proceeding, claim, or litigation not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of formal written notification through our legal counsel shall fall under the sole exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
